We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times vary by destination and the shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Too Qute is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please use our contact form within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Because these items are uniquely created, they are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or we made an error. Please double-check all details before placing your custom order.
