1. Processing Time
In-stock orders are normally prepared for shipment before the carrier transit time begins. Large, custom, or made-to-order quantities may require additional preparation time, which will be discussed before the order is finalized.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Available shipping services and rates are calculated using the delivery address, package details, and current carrier pricing. The options and estimated transit times available for your order will be shown at checkout. Carrier estimates are not delivery guarantees, and processing time occurs before transit begins.

Free shipping applies to U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal over $100 after discounts. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the minimum.
3. Tracking
Tracking information is sent when available after the carrier accepts the package. Tracking may take time to update after the shipping label is created.
4. Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Customers are responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
5. Carrier Delays
Weather, peak-season volume, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our control can delay delivery. We will help with carrier inquiries when possible.
6. Shipping Damage
If an order arrives damaged, keep the product and all packaging and contact us promptly through the website form with photographs and your order number.
